Terms & Conditions
Brochure prices are for one-day rental of equipment. All charges are for time out whether the equipment was used or not, please make your choices carefully. An additional charge will be applied if equipment is returned after the specified date. Specials rates are available for long term rentals.
DELIVERY
Special containers are provided for china, silver, glassware, etc., to ensure that you receive your items sterilized, undamaged and table ready (please verify), and will be checked and counted when picked up. Delivery charge is based on ground level deliveries. There are additional charges for above street level deliveries. Set-up of equipment is not included in rental rate. This service must be scheduled in advance at an additional charge.
PICK-UP
Tables and chairs should be knocked down and stacked ready for pick-up. Rinse all china, silver, glassware, etc., free from food and repack in their delivery containers. Linens should be refuse free and dried to prevent staining and mildew. An additional charge will be applied if items do not meet the above conditions.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessee from the time of the delivery to the time of the return. Our insurance does not cover equipment that is out on rental. Please make sure that the equipment is secure and protected from the weather. We do charge for the replacement or repair of missing or damaged equipment.
RESERVATIONS
Rental charges and security deposit must be paid in full to confirm reservations. Orders will not be delivered if all payments have not been made. Deposits are refunded when all the equipment is returned in good condition.
